These guys are seriously kidding when they use the tag line: "delivering value".
I am posting my experience with this courier: A parcel was booked at a rural area to Bangalore and the delivery boy just called once, returned back and sent the package back to the sender. No calls, no messages, no mails, no communication at all. Can it get any more shocking? A delivery service should have a good structure of communication: First, some kind of sms should be sent from them informing me of the delivery person: the name, number and expected date of delivery
Second, they need to update the status as quickly as possible and with proper reason instead of cryptic messages which only their internal staff could understand.
Third: When we go to their office, they simply behave as if they are handling some high security organization, but the fact is that things could easily be manipulated by any on of them.
The tracking showed that the delivery boy simply changed the status as per his wish without us even knowing about it.
If this is the kind of service they provide, then they better wake up, spray some cold water on their faces, pull up their socks and start running because there are much bigger players who are outsmarting them like fedex, bluedart, etc which atleast let the customers know what is happening with their consignment.
