If you are planning to use services of DTDC Couriers, then think twice before doing that.
I am writing the review after 3 consecutive bad experiences with DTDC
Their office at Vaishali nagar Jaipur keeps the phone aside once you call.
On my last courier I SMS’d my doct number to Mr Sushil Kumar doct number of my consignment on 16th Aug, when it was showing out for delivery on their web tracking, but on calling them, I was told that this consignment is still in Delhi & web tracking system is wrongly showing.
After that have written to their customer care too on 19th Aug but no response.
Today am told that this consignment has gone back.
If you are planning to use their services, then think twice before you do that .
