I had a very important time sensitive delivery, the delivery people in Patna said it will be delivered 100% on 21st of October in the morning itself. Today, its 23rd October and the document has still not be delivered, we are so frustrated, we had an appointment and this document was urgently needed. I dont understand that why was 21st October committed when it couldnt be fulfilled. On calling they are saying it will come on 25th. We are traveling back to the place on 25th. Such a waste of our time and energy. Never ever using them again. Will put the review wherever possible so that no one has to face this.FYI-The delivery was from Patna to Varanasi which is taking them a week.
