Their courier boy doesn’t even bother to deliver or contact the recipient’s address or phone number. Instead, they update the wrong address. If the address and phone number are incorrect, how can you send the OPT for your SMILE Code? God knows. I would not recommend this courier service for sure, and please refrain from DTDC courier using other or India post.
