Guys! beware of DTDC! I would not have believed had it not happend with my own friend! she ordered some sweets and her courier package was marked ’delivered’ when she cheked the status online. Once contacted, DTDC said they will look into the matter and then calls up sayng the courier hs been delivered by mistake to a wrong address! :/.
The following entire day she keeps getting calls frm DTDC sayin that we are tryin to figure out where the courier is..... Finally in eve a DTDc person brings her the sweets box which is badly tampered, has oil stains and no proper packing, she opens to get the shock of her life seeing sweets which aren’t what she was expecting to receive, whole box has bad oil stains and cello tapes cut, giving clear indication of being opened by sm1, sweets eaten up! and then replaced by sm roadside mithai! :|..... jus IMAGINE! :| and since this pathetic and cheap acts involves replacing eatables, it clearly shows how unsafe it is to trust DTDC! what if, the content were replaced by some poisonous stuff enough to maybe have you in hospital with food poisoning or worse! who would be responsible for that??
Think about it! and my genuine advice to all is , dont ever go for DTDC!..... meanwhile the case is still going on against DTDC, who are obviously not in a position to respond why their staff did such a pathetic act!.....
