No star actually, but v can’t submit without star. So here is my story.
The worst delivery ever from a worst site(ebay). I really had a very bad experience with this courier.
When I track my order, I saw that the parcel was in a hub which is near to my office addres which is shipping address only, n they said that they will delivered by the same day only. so I search the DTDC no, which I found a million in which only one is connecting.
(Update the No, Idiots!), that too I dialed and dialed again. Waiting n waiting, finally picked up my call, n said that they will deliver by the same day only.A Fraud! they didn’t.
I was waiting till the late evening, but no they didn’t. The next day, I tracked the order again, now it s saying that it is delivered!But Where? Got notice later that they have given to an office boy n they didn’t teke either his name/no. Then how I have to search this now?
I blindly went to Offc mgmt team. My God, it was there only. I have mailed them too, but that too a unresponsive reply only. What a sh*t! I mean if they are going to deliver any order, means atleast they should, no they must called to me, I mean the receiver right?
