This is what I e-mailed them three days back. No reply. Oh, and their Feedback link doesnt work. India doesnt need reforms: it needs dedicated people who will whip people....sorry....as2ho@#$ like these into doing their work properly. Anyway, this was my e-mail :
I had dispatched an important document to Nagpur on the 12th July. It reached Nagpur on the 14th July but was attempted to be delivered only on the 20th July. The receiver refused delivery because the document was of no use after such a huge delay.
Earlier, Post Offices used to deliver letters anywhere in 5-6 days with just a five-rupee stamp attached: are we progressing or going backwards, interested only in how much profit we make?
Why was the document lying at Nagpur for 6 days?
