I am a direct client of DOTZOT(DTDC) and they are the worst courier I have ever seen. I mean they have no management, no head or boss who is willing to help or work. They will pick the packets from your warehouse and the next day you get to know that your packets were not booked and they have lost them. This is not one time, but happened to me every other day.
GUYS PLEASE DON’T GO WITH DTDC/DOTZOT they will spoil your brand image and at the end of it, your business will suffer, but those guys will be the same!
