People prefer courier service for its swift and reliable service but I am a completely frustrated DTDC customer. On October 3rd, I sent a courier from Pune to Trivandrum (add.S no.176 near Narsinh Mandir, Aundh, Ravet BRT road, Tathwade, Pune).
DTDC employees are so irresponsible that they returned the courier to the same address and said sorry we didn’t read From and To.This is the the way they treat their customer!!! Again on next day I sent the courier from same office, on 8th of Oct morning. Today its15th of October almost 15 day since I started the courier process. If I had chosen normal post, by this time it would have reached Trivandrum.
When the courier reached Trivandrum they called the concerned party and said sorry.. Today we cant deliver your courier and tomorrow is a holiday and day after tomorrow we will deliver the courier in some other place and concerned person should collect it from that point. What the hell DTDC is thinking about the customer !!??
In spite of paying their higher courier charge and calling their customer service. 101 times still they do this kind of complete unprofessional business and that’s not the end of the story, height of the issue is I have been continuously trying for DTDC customer care in respective region which is Pimpiri and the line was busy for whole day and when they picked the call they don’t have any answer for my query!! They just disconnected the call without giving any feed back.
My humble request for whom so ever reads this ..spread the word and wipe this piece of business from the face of the world.
