Horrendous experience with the whole chain of DTDC personnel, franchisee, local office, regional office and the worst-customer service. I have been trying to get information of my consignment for the last 3 days. No luck with the Mumbai Fort franchisee, the next level was Mr Parmar at 8451003282 then customer service many times. A guy put me through to one Mr. Akshay(33004444) who promised redressal from Ms Harshada within one hour at 5 pm today. Its 10:30 pm on 30 October 2013 and I am still waiting for the so called as promised. My consignment(as all courier consigns generally are 1 guess) needed to reach destination at the earliest. I booked surface mode and was promised delivery by Wednesday.
Firstly, the server was not working on Monday 28 Oct; so could not track. Then registered for sms tracking on 29 Oct 13. Also called customer service on 28, 29 and today(30 Oct) umpteen times but to no avail. The package still reflects Mumbai in the tracker and no inputs have been received by me despite spending so much time effort and money with this courier company. Sure does reflect its quality of service, incomplete methodologies, absent work culture, so-called technical infrastructure and rude/clueless customer service. Could some responsible person stand up, take the blame, take stock of this "delivering value" company and sort out the mess and in the process just "deliver" the package!
