Hi,
I have availed expresses service of DTDC, but the package is being delayed and its clear that DTDC doesn’t have express services on ground. This is the second time I am facing this issue with them and this is cheating with the customers by charging extra for a service when DTDC actually doesn’t have it.
I tried(many times) calling there customer service care but no one attended the call. Even the complaint feedback form doesn’t submit on their site.
This time my package is to be delivered to Visakhapatnam and its already delayed by 2 days. No sense in going for DTDC courier again. I request for refund of extra charge I paid for express service.
