There was application for a Power of Attorney to be delivered to India, I was promised delivery within 4 to 5 working days. However, it has now been almost 11 days, and the courier has still not been dispatched to its destination.This delay is very disappointing, and to make matters worse, whenever I contact your customer care for assistance, the representatives respond disrespectfully and without proper awareness of the case. Such treatment is unacceptable and causes further frustration. there will be no any shipment with DTDC in future.
