Booked important papers on DTDC Plus on 16th September, so far not reached at destination. DTDC plus supposed to be completed next business. Not sure how many more days will take.
I will never go to DTDC. Is someone from DTDC look at this they will know about their quality. Staff or the person who books the courier throws always the blame on somebody.
No ownership - no update until you get their and asks status after paying a lot of money(for me it’s lot of money) to them. Lessons learned - I will book speed post than going to any dtdc
