I have booked through DTDC Docket No. B0000000 on 24 May 2014. But till now no response, now the customer care manager is telling me, that they are not responsible for it and there is no claim.
It is clear that they have stolen the parcel and they are not ready to give the claim as well.
Now no one is responding and not taking call nor replying to my mails.
Is any one going to take this up?
Please help.
