I had ordered products online 15 days back and the company had dispatched the products using DTDC courier withing 48 hours but I have not received the package till date.
They had also provided a tracking number but whenever I try to track the details it will show that the product had come and they could not locate my address.
I had tried calling the central customer service department, they picked up my call after at least 20 times. They gave me a number of the nearest DTDC offices number, there they took another 5 times to pick up my call and I was given address of an office which is 5 kilometers away from my house.
I went to the office and realized that package has gone back to the origin and it was mentioned in the comments that address not found but I have been staying in the same address for past 5 years and the same online store has been sending me products and many times through DTDC also and every time they find the address.
The customer service is pathetic they just try to get rid of the case and hand it over to some other team.
They called a supervisor who promised that he will get my package returned within two days, in spite of me informing him that it is very urgent, his approach was casual.
Here I am today, it has been 5 days since I have complained, they do not pick up my call and package is not yet received.
Guys please be aware and try some other services.
