DTDC - WORST EXPERIENCE
With regards to DTDC AWB No. Z24267332 (Amritsar to Mumbai - Malwani Malad West). Today I am totally harassed by the team at Mumbai DTDC, Goregaon Branch and Malad (W) Branch of DTDC. Regarding the delivery of AWB No. Z24267332, The parcel is showing "Out For Delivery" Status since 10th May 2014 (10AM), but the delivery has still not been attempted until 12th May 2014 (8PM). Who is responsible for this? Called Mumbai Branch(022-33004444) for help and they forwarded me to contact Malad Office at(M) 09930901039. Called Malad Office and he gave me delivery boy’s No. 07738898825, 09594499212.
After hours of calling and harassment the delivery was still not initiated and finally the Malad office forwarded me to contact Goregaon Office as the parcel was with them. The Goregaon Office No. provided was 022-40232283 where no one even cares to pick up the phone after hours of continuous calling.
Finally, I had to give up and my client is parcel is still not delivered.
Is this the world class service of DTDC? I feel even Govt. Operated SpeedPost would have delivered better than DTDC at much lower costs. Who is responsible for this?
"P.S. I have attached the screenshot of the recent status on DTDC tracking site. Which is showing "OUT FOR DELIVERY" since 10th May, 2014 and now it is almost 14th May, 2014."
