I had send the birth certificate for my kid from Guroan to Lucknow on 8th sept 11 and it has not been delivered till date whis is 10th oct11.Every time I call the help line 011-33004444 I am not able to speak to any one and the line gets disconnected.
I have written more than 20 emails to the folloing mention on the web site ccs.co@dtdc.com, ccs.lucknow@dtdc.com.Every time I got fancy emails only taking the address and promissing that it will be delivered and the same responce just like a standered template being mailed to me again and again.No responce as to why and when would it be delivered.
The original document is lost or rather I am not sure who has it, I would strongly recommmend not to use DTDC courier if any one is sending original documents or any important document.
