Sharing my personal and true experience.Hello readers. DTDC is the worst ever. I cant even believe that they are still in business. I Believe me, it is so not worthy of your time.Today I am going to share my review on DTDC courier service! BeliI had to send my important papers over to bangalore within a day and they charged twice as much as their competitors because they claim to be the fastest. But I made the worst decision of my life by engaging with DTDC t because my important papers reached later than they were required even after paying double the charges and the worst thing was, since they were work papers I could not ask the Institute whether they had recieved my application or not. All I could do was track! But they were not updating the status due to which I spent 3 days in utter restlessness. Therefore their service is pathetic! The staff of any company has to be courteous otherwise they will lose business. There’s no favour that they are doing on us. I hate this company and you also pick some other company, guys! These people are horrible.The services are pathetic. If there is any word beyond worst. Than that’s DTDC.Please run away with your package from DTDC before its too late as it is for me now.They just showed me hell. The package didnt get delivered for a week. They have no idea where my package is. They dont do anything when I call the branch. The customer care page is errored in their website. When I went directly they dont even have a clue on what to do. Its as if their first day at work as a fresher.People out there if you guys needs anything urgently. Avoid DTDC. These guyz are worst and no proper Response from anyone. .NOT AT ALL A RELIABLE SOURCECANT BE RECOMMENDED
