I recently send a courier via DTDC from hyd to Mohali. There was a cell phone , charger and head set in the package. The phone get fiped off from the courier from Hyd itself. When we asked customer service no body properly responded.
Folks pls beware DTDC is a cheat company, a small company has this kind of reputation, use babu mail instead or use a reputed company like blue dart or just use snail mail..
These guys are cheat the phone got missing from the start itself as the courier guy asked what is in the box, we told him.. and the show goes on...
I have a very bad experience with DTDC , I want the person who reads this review to pass on the word of mouth to every body who uses DTDC, I have got my heart burnt, and wish only those courier company should survive in india that maintains the customer privacy and not just franchises their business to anybody without knowing the credentials even...
So bycot DTDC, their moto is delivering value, instead they steal valuables from the courier
