My consignment no. is D12087949. My couriered my product on 12 Jan 2013. The product has not been delivered to the consignee yet. It’s 26th Jan today.
When I called to the customer care they told that the product was not deliverable as there was no people to collect. But, the destination was a company and they collect the product 24/7. I do not know what they are doing with my product. Do not use DTDC ever. and I did not get any reply yet.
