Dtdc courior services suck!!!!! I sent a courior from delhi to jaipur, i was assured that it will reach there next day... Today its the sixth day and still it has not been delivered. Their website is showing the status that the packet is out for delivery... May be DTDC still uses camels to deliver couriers in rajisthan..
They have pathetic customer care services and their staff is not at all well behaved . Their numbers are busy most of the times and if you are lucky enough to get through ...Then I assure that you will never get a satisfying answer.....
