I have booked a consignment with DTDC on 03.11.2019 through franchise. The consignment number is N20998557. This DTDC company people are corrupted and I came to know from agent they were asking money to dispatch my house hold goods, saying these can not be shipped. The agent not listening to their illegal demand, refused to pay single penny. and the DTDC shipping guys, returned the goods do not know where. I was made known. It will take 5 days to reach and today it is 12 days. I want my goods and total money back. I am attaching tracking photo.
On the other hand DTDC provides franchise to such companies who can not guide customers which item can be shipped and which can not. We customers are not experts, that is why we engage these companies for services
