I sent a courier from Hyderabad to Faridabad on 30/05/11. When it didnt reach destination in a week, I followed up with so called Customer Care, the so called customer care Banjara Hills (Hyd hub office) royally pick up call when you try for atleast 15 consecutive times. When they pick up they had no idea why it hasnt reached. That was the story for 2 more weeks till the time they realised it has been conveniently stolen. I had valuable goods in the parcel for which I applied the claim for a couple of weeks back. But it is still in process. No prizes for guessing there are no SLAs and no accountability on when or whether I will get reimbused at all.
