I have purchased a product through ebay.in in which the seller booked my parcel through DTDC to my exact address but after reaching midway DTDC says that they would not be able to send the parcel as they have closed our city’s branch 1 year ago, but they have not updated in their website.
When I contacted DTDC, they said I and seller are responsible for choosing their service. So according to me, it’s one of the worst courier services that I have experienced.
