Small Parcel from New Delhi to Bangalore took 7 (Seven) days to reach the destination on three occasions. The Courier Agency’s customer service is hopeless and their response is pathetic for any enquiries associated with the shipments.
A shipment from New Delhi to Bangalore thru other courier agencies takes 3 or 4 days to reach the destination. However, DTDC is special and they follow their own policy. Customers grievances are diplomatically handled by stating that they will look into the matter.
Advise - Do not use this Courier Service if there is a case for any urgent shipments or sending any parcels. Service is hopeless and they never reach in time.
