I had sent a courier which was very urgent as I heard it goes safe and smooth way I sent it via DTDC on sat(31-October) and today it’s Thursday(6-nov) still the courier has not reached the destinations and whenever u check the status is shows in transit!
These customer care people never receive a single call fed up! And dint receive my courier back! I feel speed post was better!
