Dtdc courier service is no so good in its services don’t try it if you have couriour something urgently I am sharing my personal experience in the beigning of this month I have order some stuff and the seller send it by dtdc my order took 2 weeks to arrive in my city then they didn’t contact me till 4-5 days and whenever I track my order it daily shows that the order is out for delivery but it didn’t reach to me then I tried to contact their helpline number and guess what the help line number was invalid and I get stressed because I have already paid for my orders then I started searching for their numbers on google I google about their nearby offices and get 3number then I started calling one by one the 2 of them didn’t respond than 1 respond and he gave me another number than I contact that person he gave me the another number and this process carry on and at the end I have 6-7 numbers so I call them one by one and only 1 of them responded to my call and than I get a new number his name was Mr Karan Mc I called him he said me to wait for 1 hr and after one hour I get a call and then he directly gave the phone to the agent who have my 2 courier and he said mam I will will deliver it today before 5 pm I said ok . and he didn’t deliver I again called mr karan and ask about my order he told me to remind me tommorrow at 10 am I said ok and next day I called him to remind at 10 : 05 the bell rings and he picked the call and dont speak anything and then just cut the call then I call again then the number was busy and then I tried again for the last time then he switched off his phone and I didnt call again to them so , these are their services . And next day I get a call from agent and I received my order at next day 5 pm so there are not responsible . They are very irregular never ever try their services
