DTDC courier is one of the worst courier service.I live in Khar west we have a dtdc collection centre at khar danda. The people there do not want to follow the official rates displayed on the wall. The staff told me take it or leave it. I called up dtdc support they confirmed that agents are free to charge what they like.
I booked another consignment F07766903 from their own office in Bandra. They charged Rs 85 while speed post would charge Rs 38.I wanted to track the courier I sent sms to 9845324040 but no response. I tried the web in vain.
Do not waste money on this third rate service. Use post office speed post. Their service is far superior. You get an sms when it is delivered. Their charges are less.
