DTDC has worst customer service.They hardly reply to any questions.
I have sent one parcel to Mumbai at the time of booking they said me it will get delivered within 2 working days. But it got delivered after a week and when I am trying to contact there customer service of Mumbai they are saying that they don’t have sp much of man power so they are unable to deliver the parcel they will try to deliver this within next 2-3 days.
And while contacting the customer service of Kolkata, where I have booked the consignment, they asked me to contact Mumbai customer care they can’t help me on this.
This is not the 1st time each and every time I am facing the same problem.
I would suggest that please think twice before booking any consignment with this courier. There charges are also too high.
