Their standards are same all over India. I was sent a courier on 10th Jan from Hyderabad and it was supposed to reach me by 12th to my house in Pune.
I checked it online, the tracking tool shows that it is OUT FOR DELIVERY but no body has turned up nor did I receive any call from them. I stay all day long at home.
When I called the customer care they said that the courier was sent back to Hyderabad on 14th saying that the door is locked!
What a pathetic service, they don’t even try to deliver it bit just send it back? And on top, she says that she can’t do anything cause the shipment is not in Pune!
I have always used Blue dart who leaves a note if they see that no one answers the bell also they turn up at the door at least two times but these DTDC guys are pathetic.I have never used DTDC.
Will never use it also will suggest all my friends not to even try approaching DTDC better is the EMS service of Postal department. When I didn’t receive the post and I called them then I got it the next day.
