I have used many services in the area of Courier, but DTDC is the worst of all. They do charge more than many others but very irresponsible company. When it comes to customer service, they do publish the telephone number, but the service is zero.
They claim 24 hrs customer service, even when we call in the middle of the night, the service is same. I am sure they do not employ anyone for customer service and have the recording saying all customer service represents are busy.
I recommend every one NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY’S SERVICES FOR EVER.
