I had a consignment no. Z87069987 booked from Delhi on 7th May 2013 and in spite of more than 15 days the consignment is no where in sight. I have called up the customer service( Chandigarh nos) innumerable times and mostly it is unattended. Whenever I was lucky to have been attended the representative was very unhelpful and rude. I was given phone nos of their delivery centers which do not exist. And now the company is denying that the docket no even exists.
Don’t know what to do.These crooks are stealing the couriers and are utterly unprofessional. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS AND THUGS WHO ARE WORSE THAN THE THIRD RATE PETTY THIEVES. I WONDER HOW THESE THUGS SLEEP AT NIGHT PROBABLY THEY PLAN THEIR LOOT FOR THE NEXT DAY.
SINCERELY THINK AGAIN IF YOU ARE CHOOSING DTDC.
