I booked a parcell on09.01.2020. before 11 AM.They showed it as 10.01.2020.parcell was booked from Cooh behar-736101 for Haldia-721645.Consignment No was K34002832. SAME HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL 18.15 hrs. on to day 13.01.2020. IT IS SHOCKING AND UN BELIEVABLE.
Out for delivery....on 13.01.2020 at.10.57 AM.
Till today, 14.01.2020 at 10.45 AM it has not been delivered.HOW REDICULOUS SERVICE IS. I think they are showing false status and cheating with me.Though I pay for Rs.250.00 towards their charges on 09.01.2020.
