Angst of a Distressed Customer - DTDC are u listening?
It is with great angst I write to u as a customer in distress - who has sought your help - but have been denied citing policy reasons .
We had delivered two consignments which bear tracking nos D14268317 & D 14268315 and the same show delivered to the respective consignees . However, the recipients have now turned around and said that that they have not received the same and the organization at whose behest we had made the deliveries are now holding back a substantial amount of our payments till we provide them the stamped and signed copies of the POD .
DTDC, however, has expressed helplessness citing apolicy that physical stamped and signed PODs cannot be handed over as the case is more than three months old . This is not at all acceptable and makes us feel that a reputed organization like DTDC is reluctant to stretch themselves till the last mile to allay the angst of a distressed customer .
I would like to believe that DTDC is an organization which is empathetic to its customers and the persons who are at the helm viz Mr. Subhasish Chakraborty as well as Mr. Abhishek Chakraborty shall take appropriate steps such that the issues are redressed in the next two days .
Also I wanted to write directly to Mr. Abhishek Chakraborty but have been denied his e-mail id citing policy reasons .
Every organization exists for its customers and denying access to him / her definitely does not serve any forward thinking organization in good stead,
I again re-iterate that I would like to believe that this is an unintended aberration by DTDC and our angst shall be immediately redressed .
