Companies who have no focus towards customers especially those who are in service, cannot survive for long. DTDC is one of such companies where the lowest of the staff would deal with customer in stupidest of the manner. Lack of courtesy, manners and good attitude are going to be good enough poisons present in the employees of this company to make it a Titanic sooner of later.
One stupid Chotu Ram from DTDC just called me today on 30th March at 7.30 pm from a landline no. +911126680080 and told me that this courier that has to reach to me at begampur is not having complete address and threatened me on very first instance that he is sending it back due to incomplete address.
I requested him to call my colleague as he will be able to give complete address but also will be able to guide to the exact location. This bugger refused completely that he will not call anyone and sending the courier back. If I need it I must talk to my colleague, get details and call Mr Chotu Ram or tell my colleague, giving the great Chotu Ram’s landline no., to call and explain.
What a superb customer service from DTDC. The way Chotu Ram talked to me, it seemed DTDC has started outsourcing some road dwellers kind of guys for their services and these guys are truly having no culture, ethics, manners and respect for the customers of DTDC.
Hope DTDC lives long with such attitude, though it seems totally illogical and impossible.
PS: On top of it, the link "feedback" on their official website https://dtdc.com failed to save my complaint. After giving all details and typing in the complete matter when I clicked on "save" button - it returned with an error message - "System Error - There is a system error.
