I UNFORTUNATELY DECIDED TO SEND A COURIER THROUGH DTDC BECAUSE UNLIKE THEIR COMPETITORS THEY PROMISED A DELIVERY ON THE FOLLOWING DAY!
I decided to send a parcel of urgent importance from mumbai to Jaipur on friday the 18th of april, and was promised that it would reach its destination on the 19th - the following evening.
Though it reached jaipur headquarters on saturday, the Vaishali Nagar branch in Jaipur did not deliver it to the address, but this was not the problem, I waited patiently and decided to call them monday morning to tell them how urgent it was, and they have it delivered by noon. I waited a very very long sunday hoping n praying the parcel reaches on time.
Monday morning arrived and I called them 11 o’clock, and was told by the help line it would be delivered in an hour, at 1PM I called them again asking why it hadn’t been delivered, they gave me the number of the boy who would deliver it, his name was Devakar.
They told me it would def be delivered in an half an hour. I called Asshole devakar ar 2.30 asking him what the hang up was, he told me he would be there in 10mins n rest assured me I shouldn’t worry as he was on his way to the final destination.
My biggest mistake was I didn’t check for the next 4 hours whether it had reached. I called up the receiving person at 7PM to realise it still hadn’t been received! the lazy asswipe hadn’t moved himself and I called and screamed my lungs out, finally the parcel was delivered at 8.30 PM!
MY parcel HAD REACHED at 7.30 on the 19th on urgent basis n it was stuck at a distance of 10 mins to its final destination because devakar was too lazy to move!
I really really wish he is fired, because now there was no point of me sending tht parcel. its lost its purpose! he doesnt realise how he as good as ruined my life
