I was to have received a package on 3/2/2011 and today is the 15/2 and I am yet to receive the pkg or any information on where it has disappeared. I have made multiple calls to their offices, written emails to their corporate headquarters, regional offices and visited the local dispatch center. All of this has not yielded anything at all.To top it, there is absolutely no sense of urgency with any of their staff and their
I don’t care attitude comes across so clearly in all the interactions.
When I visited their office, I was shocked to find that they were receiving so many complaint calls about non-delivery of packages and I was actually wondering how they go about doing business. It’s scary to see how they operate. I think our Speed Post is much more reliable and though they may not deliver the very next day, they will atleast deliver it.
Today I speak to some called Mr.Murthy and he says his delivery boy is on leave and he has to check with him and wants some time!! I called the Head Office to follow up on my complaint and they just asked me what it was about and disconnected the line (more than once).
The branches which I have been dealing with are Hennur Road, Horamavu and the DTDC Corporate Office in Bangalore.
