I am the kind who never complains about anything as we are habituated of poor quality service and get exploited by different system and corporate. But this incidence even crossed my patience. My family has dispatched apparel goods worth 30000 from Jharakhand to Bangalore which suppose to be delivered in 3 - 5 working day, and I was waiting till week and didn’t hear from DTDC. Finally I try to track my consignment detail, which is D15896081, but web site is not working called to them on every number available from difference sources after 27 attempts finally New delhi call center answered my call and they provided local franchise contact details where my parcel suppose to be lying.
Then I started following up with them and after 6 round of conversation they started saying they don’t have package with them. Then again I tried DTDC different call center and luckily I was able to reach them in my 17th attempt he was also having same info to share, then they given me one local contact number which kept on ringing and no one picked up and finally one mobile number who picked up my call. Now even local manager doesn’t have the answer to where my package is. I don’t know what to do now.
I can just say please try to avoid DTDC so that you may not go through similar pain.
