My friend frm goa sent my bday gift via dtdc to blore instead it gt delivered to ap n w/o verifyin the person they just handover the expensive gift to herthey said was to talk to the person whom they delivered to. Where is theresponsibility taken.
Is this acceptable. Who in dtdc will rectify the mistaken.never expected dtdc to have customer service so pathetic. Shame on the company.
