DTDC being a leading private carrier in India, their services are much below expectations.
A consignment has been dispatched from Noida, UP, India on 24th August 2015 to my office address at Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The online tracker provides a tracking status of 25th August 2015 3:08 AM. There are no further updates. Today is 27th August 2015. I do not know if the consignment has reached Bangalore or not.
I call up their office numbers at Bangalore(which is supposedly open from 9 AM to 5 PM) but either the number is busy or there is no answer to my call. I called up at their numbers -
(one India number) 33004444(prefixed by city code 080), 080 2536 5032.Atleast a bare minimum customer support service is expected from DTDC Express Limited.
Their logo reads "Delivering value" - I wonder what value they are delivering.Note: The tracking number of the consignment has been removed from the attachment for privacy.
Today(28th August 2015) they have delivered the consignment at the desired address. But the eTracker does not show any change in status. Their website is so amateur that it keeps throwing error. Refer to the screen shots attached, to substantiate my claim.
