I had sent parcel from Kolkata to Jalandhar. I was upset that there was no status update on the website for more than a week. Only on raising a complaint on 7th September did they update the status that courier was delivered on 5th September. Please find attached proof. This is not the first time it is happening. I wonder why they provide the tracking number when they don’t provide daily updates.
