I had a bad experience with DTDC courier, 317 Sultanpur, Mandi Road, M.G. Road, New Delhi.Ive booked two couriers from DTDC Connaught Place Delhi, addressed to my client who is at M.G. Road, Delhi. The courier was imortant so I chose DTDC over a normal, lesser know courier. After three days of sending my courier I get a call from my client that they have not received any courier.
I went online to track the courier and it showed that its in transit. I went to the booking shop to find out the reason. These guys called up the sultanpur branch. Now trust me, they tell me that they have my courier but they do not have any person to deliver my courier to the client, and they asked me to have the package collected from their branch.Just imagine they want me to collect the courier from sultanpur. The courier company wants me to deliver my own package and they are the one getting paid for it. Now because the package is important and you cant ask the client to have it collected, I have to travel 30Km to pick my own courier and hand it over to my client.Now I have to send another courier to the same client. Should I use DTDC?I don’t think so. I hope they continue to mistreat their clients and loose business.
