I had do send a document which was actually just a single sheet of paper to Alathur which is a town in Kerala. I wanted this document to reach the destination as soon as possible and that is the reason why I chose to send it by a courier service. They overcharged me taking Rs 100 to send this document.
But to my dismay it took more than a week to reach Alathur. While tracking it online using the tracking ID it shows as reached Kerala after 3 days but it has still not reached Alathur.
After waiting for 8 long days my friend in Alathur gets a call asking him to come and collect the document from their Alathur office as they will not come and deliver it. The staff was not at all polite and demanded him to come and collect it if he wants.
Thus this courier service is not doing its duty well.
Does not deliver the parcel on time.
Does not home deliver the parcel. We will have to go and collect it personally from their office.
