I had booked my courier that too intercity 5 days back. Till date it hasn’t reached. Their website runs slower than a snail and customer care.. if you get them it’s like you get god! Somehow managed to get through and they tell me the franchisee in the particular location has closed down so parcel not delivered.
So, is that my headache! unprofessional people totally. The customer care people have no solutions..give some number which is again so so so difficult to get..the people are hardly bothered to even listen to your woes..i had couriered rakhi which will probably reach by next year I guess.
Hats off to this nuisance service. Will never use DTDC again..
