My first courier experience is with DTDC, I used DTDC service of Panigate, Vadodara. As my first time I do not know anything about how to courier, what is charges, how to pack anything for courier, but there staff help me a lot.
I wan to send Xbox gaming console to my brother in jamanagar, They packed it perfect, and even on reach it’s perfect. They told me 3 days delivery but takes 4 days hmmm, okay fair and fine. Product delivered without a scratch on package even, that’s great.
Customer service staff is calm and patient. On call reply is "okay" kind of. My experience is fine and I can rely on them next time too.
