They took approx Rs 5000 for a few box-parcels which were supposed to be delivered within seven days, after about ten days the recipient tried frantically to contact them and finally they said that they will not deliver to the address and if he wants it, he can pay an additional Rs 500 for delivery.
This is absolute rotten nonsense and the only time we have ever faced anything like this with a courier company in India. They do not bother contacting the recipient and the web tracking says "not available" etc.
Over the past few months, they have improved in the level of service but it’ll take a few more months of verification to be able to recommend them.
