I wanted to use DTDC courier service to send parcel to shrinagar from delhi. so I went to Dilshad garden branch. My parcel’s weight was 76gm and size was like 200 gm Mithai Dabba. To my horror, the courier person refused to make courier to Shrinagar.
I threatened him that I will complain about it then he asked me 250/- and said that charges for Shrinagar are high. I pointed out to board in his office that same zone and city service should make it below 100/- and I had done courier to Jammu 15 days ago through same center and was charged 80/- he laughed and rudely asked to show him receipt of that courier (it’s direct insult to customer). So I left DTDC office, my friend suggested another DTDC office so I went there and courier person made no objections and charged 100/- (though didn’t mentioned courier charges on slip).
WHAT DTDC HAVE TO SAY ABOUT SUCH BEHAVIOR? I receive around hundred couriers per month through various services and definitely DTDC is the worst amongst them.
