I think we use Courier service for faster delivery and also you can track the progress. But if both are not delivered, why you have to pay extra for nothing ?
I have sent a delivery (documents only) from bangalore to Kerala. I sent it expecting to reach next day. but the funniest thing is, now after one week also the parcel has not reached as well as im not able to track the courier.
I tried contacting Customer care many times, but they never picks up. then tried on branch office and always got same answer.. "Sir, our network is down, we are not able to track". The network is down for 1 week ? My God.. Then I got another contact number which is "9886541929" belongs to great guy called Srinivas. He says its his personal number and puts down the phone.. (Good guy, never disconnects the call :) )
Another funny thing is, online tracking shows that every day it dispatched from bangalore.. I mean it (each day updated status is same) "parcel has been dispatched from Bangalore".. god knows when it’ll reach destination.
I swear, i’ll never try my luck again with DTDC..I think I should have tried Indian Postal service... anyhow experience cant be worst that this..
I wish I could have visited the reviews before I sent the courier.. then I would never have done it.
Guys, from my personal experience, I would say pls never try on DTDC. It’s of no use !!
