I had to receive an parcel sent from Gurgaon to Bangalore for which I coordinated with their Air cargo office (some where in Yelahanka, as told by their customer care) to have it sent to their madiwala office, so that I can go there are collect, as the delivery was urgently required.
At least I had made about 6 - 8 phone calls for this and every-time I was assured the parcel would reach by evening and can be received from their madiwala office before 8.30PM. But as expected, when I reached their madiwala office by 8PM, it was told to me by their staff that the parcel is not yet received and may be I was given with wrong information by someone.
Even after multiple requests, none of their officials were either helpful or made any attempt to trace the parcel which was sent from their office within city, even after given with wrong information or update.
As far as possible, please refrain from dealing with DTDC courier for any transaction as they are a bunch of totally unprofessional people.
