This is suggestion for all who want to use pathetic DTDC courier service for any reason. Please don’t go with this worst courier service, pathetic courier service. I had booked my packet on 2nd August for Hyderabad, before booking I asked how much time it will take. They told me that it will take 3-4 days since there was sunday in beween. I said Ok Book it. They charged Rs 80 from me and told me that my packet will be delivered on time.
After 3 day when I checked online it was saying status "Attempted" then I call at the no of my brother where courier was supposed to reach. They told me no one came to his place for delivery. Then I tried to call customer care given on site 01133004444 from there I got new number and called that no. 01144900000 but from here I started facing problem. No one was there to receive my call. you call this no your phone will be picked bbut no one will answer you, you just keep waiting and spend your money.
Then I checked my self on line my packet location. Igot this information from online tracking system.

I tried to call above mentioned no atleast 500 times but there was no response. Finally I asked my brother to go there(at above mentioned address). Can you believe this they told my brother that my packet had not arrived at their office.
Now my last hope was the delho office where I booked my packet. I complained him for the same first day they said don’t worry matter will be solved it happens some time. I thought may be lets wait for one more day. Can you believe me when I reached second concern person was saying even his phone(person who booked my packet) is not being picked at Hyderabad office.
This is reality of DTDC worst courier service and pathetic customer support. Please don’t go with this courier they will never deliver your consignment. When your time will lapse you will blame your self that why you used this worst DTDC courier service.
